Reading Adjacent State Contrasts
A contrast compares neighboring published state buckets while preserving the labels and support of both rows.
Select adjacent state buckets and read the published outcome-frequency difference with the source labels still in view. The contrast is a descriptive subtraction between recorded groups. It does not establish that crossing a boundary caused the outcome to change.
Use blowout timing first when the contrast concerns score and clock. That view makes the permanent-margin condition explicit, while the contrast view keeps the comparison local to the two published buckets.
